Tritanium offers its members 4 training-sessions per week:
- Running
- Cycling (in the winter spinning)
- Swimming
All training-sessions are led by qualified trainers.

*** During the winter-time there is “Apple-cake” cycling (endurance training with a stop for coffee and a piece of “Appeltaart”. This training is together with the student-cycling team Tandje Hoger.
